Strange infatuation seems to grace the evening tide. I'll take it by your side.

I'm sad.
Earlier, I was told by The Girl to "stay away". Luckily it wasn't a indicative comment on our relationship. It was more of a suggestion, fuelled by the fact that she's ill.
Still makes me feel sad though, even though she delivered it with the best intentions.

I think I'm gonna sulk for the rest of the weekend.
Sulking isn't a good look for me, especially as I'm contemplating heating up a treacle sponge pudding in the microwave, irrespective of the fact it went out of date in January.

It's that time of year - everyone has the lurgy. And I have a suspiciously scratchy throat. Eeeek.

Don't do it! Don't do it!

You did it already, didn't you? The treacle sponge pudding?

cat,
Yeah, a lot of people seem to be suffering. Luckily, I don't.

morgan,
I opened the tin and it looked ok. Post nuking was a different story though. Let's just say it didn't smell too good. Probably a good move as the last thing I need at the moment is a dodgy stomach.

It sucks when you want to be spending time with someone but you don't want to catch their cold or whatever....but out of date sponge pudding is never the way to go ...LOL

saffyre,
Good job I resisted then, huh?

phx,
She's getting better....slowly. I recommend lots of rest, wrapping up and eating and drinking all the kind of stuff that's good for you. Out-of-date treacle pudding isn't one of them!
